Policies

Our policies are available to read from the nursery at any time and cover all aspects of our daily life. Should you have any concerns and any suggestions please feel free to discuss these with the nursery manager. Any comments you make will be discussed at one of our staff meetings.

Safety

For your child's safety, we have a code word policy. If you or your nominated person cannot collect your child and you need to send someone unknown to us, we ask that you share with them the code word set up during registration. Without this word we are not able to let your child leave and we will ask that you or your nominated person collect instead. The front door is always locked and access can be gained by ringing the bell and a member of staff letting you in.
